We are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant for our US-based client to assist with prospecting, outreach, research, scheduling, and CRM management. This role supports the sales team by handling initial outreach across multiple channels, making follow-up calls, coordinating appointments, and keeping the pipeline organized.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect leads through email, phone, LinkedIn, social media, Google, and AI tools
• Send outreach emails and conduct follow-up calls
• Set appointments and manage calendars for the sales team
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate client and prospect information
• Research leads, local events, and partnership opportunities
• Engage with businesses on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
• Share company content and support community engagement
• Track outreach activity and prepare weekly reports
• Assist with marketing projects, events, and campaigns

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Friendly, professional phone presence
• Strong writing and editing abilities
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
• Experience with CRM tools (training provided)
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
