As a Sales Assistant at SRI NAGALAKSHMI JEWELLERS, your role will involve engaging with customers in Peraiyur Taluka to provide exceptional service and assist them in selecting high-quality BIS Hallmarked Gold and Silver products. Your responsibilities will include: - Engaging with customers to provide excellent service and assist them in selecting jewelry products. - Answering customer inquiries and providing information about the products. - Organizing and displaying jewelry items in an attractive manner to enhance the shopping experience. - Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently. - Supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets. - Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and ensuring compliance with company policies. Qualifications required for this role include: - Ability to use billing software for sales and stock maintenance (Training will be provided for 2 weeks). - Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities to build relationships with customers. - Experience in customer service and sales, with a focus on understanding customer needs and recommending products effectively. - Excellent organization skills to manage inventory, maintain displays, and provide a pleasant shopping experience. - Attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. - Prior experience in retail or jewelry sales is an advantage. - Understanding of quality standards and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
