Job Overview

We are hiring a Sales Agent to handle student enrollments and parent interactions. The role involves working in rotational shifts with rotational weekly off, focusing on lead conversion and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students and parents via calls, messages, and follow-ups.
• Explain SkillSnap’s courses, curriculum, and learning benefits clearly.
• Convert leads into enrollments and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales and follow-up records in CRM systems.
• Work as per assigned rotational shifts and weekly off schedules.
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
• Handle parent queries professionally and build long-term trust.
• Provide regular feedback to improve sales processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Experience in sales, telesales, or Ed-Tech sales is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts with rotational off.
• Target-driven mindset with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools or MS Excel is a plus.
