As a Sales Coordinator, your role involves coordinating with customers for inquiries, quotations, and order status. You will be responsible for following up with clients on pending orders and managing the order process efficiently. Additionally, you will maintain records of sales leads, customer interactions, and follow-up status to ensure effective communication with clients. Your support will be crucial in assisting the sales team during meetings with customers and contributing to marketing and lead generation efforts when required. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with customers for inquiries, quotations, and order status - Follow up with clients on pending orders and manage the order process - Maintain records of sales leads, customer interactions, and follow-up status - Assist the sales team during meetings with customers - Support marketing and lead generation efforts when required Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and follow-up skills - Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email) - Experience in industrial or machinery sales coordination is a plus In addition to the job role and responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to work in a full-time, permanent position. As a fresher, you can benefit from a flexible schedule with day shifts and a performance bonus structure. The preferred education qualification for this role is Higher Secondary (12th Pass), and proficiency in Hindi and Gujarati languages is required.
