Sales Assistant

As a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Assistant (Freshers" preferable), your role will be crucial in supporting the sales team to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. You will be involved in generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist the sales team in lead generation, customer relationship building, and deal closure. - Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing concerns. - Offer product information, pricing details, and quotations to customers. - Aid in order processing, tracking, and fulfillment to ensure timely product delivery. - Collaborate with the sales and production teams, as well as other departments, to ensure effective communication and coordination. - Maintain invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation accurately. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation is mandatory. - Skills required include multitasking ability, product knowledge, time management, negotiation skills, and being hardworking. - Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is mandatory. Travel allowance will be provided. - Prior experience is not necessary as Freshers are welcome. The company operates in the plywood industry and is located in Kodahati, Sonarpur, South 24 (P)-700150.
