We’re now expanding our equipment sales vertical – rackets, balls, and accessories – and are looking for a passionate Sales Expert to lead this journey.

Role Overview:
The Sales Expert will own and drive the B2B sales of equipment across Jaipur and beyond. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication, negotiation skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to make an impact in the sports industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive B2B sales of rackets, balls, and accessories to clubs, academies, retailers, and distributors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the sports ecosystem.
• Identify, pitch, and onboard new distribution channels to expand reach.
• Share product catalogues, manage negotiations, and close sales effectively.
• Act as the point of contact for partner queries, orders, and payments.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to meet revenue targets.
• Track sales performance and prepare reports for management review.

Requirements :-

• 1–2 years of experience in sales (sports, fitness, or consumer goods preferred).
• Excellent communication, pitching, and selling skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Ownership mindset – entrepreneurial, self-driven, and adaptable to startup culture.
• Startup or sports-tech experience is a strong plus.

Nice to Have :-

• Experience in the sports or fitness equipment sector.
• Knowledge of the rules and trends in Padel and Pickleball.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills (especially Spanish or French) for international clients.
