Take full responsibility for training effectiveness, knowledge retention, and assessment outcomes. Act as a key communication bridge between clients and product teams – solving doubts, providing clarifications, and collecting feedback. Use tools like Excel, Google Suite, and dashboards to document, track progress, and report outcomes.
