Client Onboarding Specialist

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive training to hospital staff on our application by visiting hospitals as per client requirements. The role entails extensive travel to various cities, primarily near Uttar Pradesh, Dehradun, and Haryana. During training assignments, you may need to stay at hospitals as required to ensure effective knowledge transfer and application usage. Addressing queries and concerns from hospital staff will also be part of your responsibilities. The position requires excellent communication and training skills, along with a strong technical knowledge of our application. You should be prepared to travel extensively and adapt to different environments. Prior experience in training or a similar role would be advantageous. As a Full-time Training Specialist, you will receive a salary in the range of 3-4 LPA, transportation provided by the company, and lodging and fooding arranged and covered by the company during training assignments. Health insurance is also included in the benefits package. You must be able to reliably commute to Delhi or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package.
