Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant located in Noida. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by managing customer queries, maintaining records, organizing schedules, and assisting in sales processes. This role involves cultivating strong client relationships, coordinating communications, and ensuring smooth sales operations.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients and team members
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interaction with customers and colleagues
• Proficiency in customer service and the ability to address client inquiries promptly and professionally
• Basic understanding of sales processes and strategies, with enthusiasm for learning and achieving sales goals
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working on-site in Noida and collaborating closely with a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
