Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Assistant, primarily located in Jalandhar with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Assistant will support daily sales operations by handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining organized records. The role includes coordinating with clients to understand their property needs, assisting in property showings, and working closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transaction process.

Qualifications

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Strong Customer Service experience and Sales acumen
• Solid Organization Skills for managing client records and obligations
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
• Basic knowledge of real estate industry practices is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is advantageous
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software
