Job Summary:
We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to drive B2B service sales. This role involves promoting our digital services including software development, web/mobile app development, and IT consulting to businesses and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, pitch, and convert B2B leads across sectors like manufacturing, education, retail, real estate, and healthcare
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and channel partners
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer profiling
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-ups with clients
• Coordinate with the technical team for demos and requirement analysis
• Participate in events, exhibitions, and local outreach for lead generation
• Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly sales targets

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of B2B sales process
• Ability to present technical services in simple business terms
• Knowledge of digital services like websites, mobile apps, ERPs, CRMs
• Local market awareness and client relationship management

Eligibility:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of B2B or enterprise sales experience (IT/digital service background preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM tools
