Sales Assistant

You will be working as a Sales Reliever for Cholan Rice & Millets Shops Pvt. Ltd., a rapidly expanding retail chain with over 350 outlets in Tamil Nadu. Your primary responsibility will involve stepping in to manage a shop whenever a regular staff member is on leave, ensuring seamless operations and continuous sales. Additionally, you will provide sales and operational assistance to stores as needed. This role is well-suited for individuals who are keen on learning retail operations, particularly freshers, and candidates with their own mode of transportation will be given preference. Your key responsibilities will include opening and operating shops in the absence of regular staff, handling daily sales, customer service, and billing, supporting stores during peak hours, maintaining cleanliness, stock arrangement, and shop display, assisting in basic inventory checks and reporting, and ensuring smooth and customer-friendly store operations. We encourage freshers to apply, and having retail/sales experience will be an added advantage. Candidates with their own vehicle, local to Coimbatore, Tirupur, or Pollachi, and willing to travel between outlets in the designated region are preferred. Punctuality, trustworthiness, and a customer-centric approach are essential traits for this role. This is a full-time, field-based position with a monthly salary ranging from 12,000 to 15,000.
