The role involves assisting in the planning, execution and supervision of construction projects such as residential buildings, commercial complexes and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in civil engineering principles, to be familiar with construction site operations and capable of using design and project management software. Key Responsibilities: · Assist in preparing and reviewing structural and site development drawings, plans and layouts. · Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors and other consultants to ensure smooth project execution. · Conduct quantity estimation, cost calculation and material take-offs. · Monitor site work and ensure construction activities as per the design and report deviations. · Maintain quality standards and ensure adherence to safety protocols on site. · Support in preparing progress reports, BOQs and documentation for regulatory approvals. · Conduct site inspections, identify potential issues and recommend timely solutions. · Collaborate in scheduling work, tracking project timelines and coordinating resources.
