Key Responsibilities:
Provide backend support to the sales team in preparing quotations, order forms, and
sales-related documents.
Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, stock availability, and
dispatch schedules.
Handle customer inquiries via email or phone and maintain regular follow-ups.
Maintain and update client data, sales reports, and documentation.
Assist in managing CRM systems and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets by handling routine backend
tasks.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduation preferred
Skills Required:
o Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
o Good written and verbal communication skills
o Familiarity with email etiquette and documentation
Other Attributes:
o Team player with attention to detail
o Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
o Experience with CRM/ERP tools is an added
