Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Account Executive with Symetree Fine Jewels located in New Delhi. The Retail Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing accounts, sales, sales operations, and customer relationship management (CRM). The Retail Account Executive will be responsible for working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Account Management, Sales, and Sales Operations skills
• Experience in managing customer relationships using a CRM.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and account management in the luxury retail industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
