Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries from support tickets and wholesale customers
• Manage and run crowdfunding campaigns
• Carry out sales and support tasks as directed
• Ensure consistent, detail-oriented communication and follow-through on all customer interactions
• Assist the Publisher and avoid obstacles to productivity and meeting deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
• Proven 5+ years of experience in sales or customer support roles
• Strong communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English
• Resilient, proactive, and highly organized with the ability to manage deadlines
• Experience with customer-facing communication across multiple channels
