Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Service person, based in Maharashtra. The Sales and Service person will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing prompt services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with the manufacturing team, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in customer relationship management and order processing
• Basic understanding of Mechanical Seals, Rotary joints, and Unions
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in sales and customer service within relevant industries is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
