Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Service Manager located in Seohara. Basically my special focus Sugar mill and Distillery power plant and paper mills The Sales and Service Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets, and overseeing customer service operations. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, handling customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to improve service delivery.
