Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Secunder?b?d for a Sales and Service Engineer. The role involves providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting and repairing thermal spray equipment, conducting field service visits, and performing regular maintenance and repair tasks. The engineer will also collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, deliver effective solutions, and ensure the smooth operation of supplied systems.

Qualifications

• Btech Mechanical or Electrical Engineer or Diploma in Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer Expertise in Troubleshooting, Maintenance & Repair of complex equipment
• Experience in providing Field Service and Technical Support
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams
• Understanding of thermal spray technology and its applications is advantageous
• Relevant technical or engineering degree/diploma
• Ability to work independently and travel for on-site services as needed
