Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Service Engineer located in Pune. The professional will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting customer issues, handling field service tasks, and ensuring timely maintenance and repair of equipment. Day-to-day responsibilities also include liaising with customers to provide prompt and efficient solutions, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining service records.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues
• Experience in Field Service and on-site equipment maintenance
• Strong Technical Support skills to assist clients with their requirements
• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of industrial equipment
• Excellent Communication skills for effective customer interaction and collaboration with teams
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle work independently on-site
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
