Sales and Service Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualification: B.E (or) BTech EEE, Instrumentation engineering, ECE and mechanical engineering.

Product category: Medical equipment’s (CSSD equipment’s, oxygen generator and OT products).

Travel Requirement: Must be willing to travel pan India.

Skills Set:

· Must be proficient in communicating in local or regional languages .

· Must be fluent in English communication.

· Should be efficient in interacting with customers and understanding their needs.

Job overview:

Candidates with dynamic knowledge in field of electrical, instrumentation and electronics are encouraged. The subjected candidate will be in charge of installation, calibration, service and maintenance of products of the company in client places.

Roles and responsibilities:

· Only male candidates can apply (100%)

· Must be able to learn and understand products of the company and its functionalities.

· Being the direct person to interact with the customer, communicate effectively with them to understand their issues and deliver prompt, effective, timely and quality service.

· Must be able to do field service and sales of company products in and around respected area.

· Work closely with the service managers to address specific customer issues, understand it and deliver appropriate service.

· Proven experience in past as a service engineer or field service engineer, well versed in handling and servicing products that closely matches with company’s products.

· Educate and explain the customers on company’s products and attract new business.

· Update oneself regularly on company’s current products and its functions.

· Possess through knowledge (both theoretical and practical) in product’s core functionalities.

· Ensure to be available on timely basis in customer places based on calls assigned to deliver prompt service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
