Sales and Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Service Coordination

• Support the Rescue team, client communication, scheduling, and reporting.
• Coordinate customer service activities, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client issues and team coordination.
• Maintain accurate all records, client data and documentation.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments (e.g., logistics, billing, technical support).

HR Compliance Support

• Monitor adherence to HR policies/Compliances and procedures to be assure to the client and communicate with the Client HR requirement.
• Maintain personnel files and ensure confidentiality and security of the Client Records.
• Track and report on compliance training, certifications, and labour law postings
• Maintain attendance of the team and report to own HR
• Support audits and ensure documentation is complete and up-to-date in line with labour laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with HR and management to address employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with legal standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
