The Role: We are looking for the "Voice of Nypunya." You are not a tele-caller. You are a Patient Concierge. You will be the first point of contact for patients seeking life-changing procedures (Rhinoplasty, Mommy Makeovers, Hair Transplants). Your job is to listen, guide, and facilitate their journey from "Inquiry" to "Consultation."

What You Will Do:

• Lead Management: Handle inbound inquiries from our digital campaigns and international medical tourism partners. No cold calling.
• The Triage: Screen potential patients to ensure they are the right fit for Dr. Kesari versus our Junior Partners.
• Consultative Sales: Educate patients on procedures, pricing, and recovery in a warm, empathetic manner.
• Coordination: Manage Dr. Kesari’s consultation calendar and assist international patients with travel/accommodation logistics.
• Follow-Up: Maintain relationships with patients post-consultation to assist with surgery booking decisions.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years in Hospitality (Taj/Oberoi standards), Aviation (Cabin Crew), Luxury Retail, or High-End Medical Coordination.
• Skills: Impeccable spoken English is non-negotiable. Fluency in Kannada/Hindi is a strong plus.
• Personality: You are mature, patient, and articulate. You are comfortable speaking to High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and international clients. You understand that "selling" in medicine means "helping."
• Tech: Comfortable with CRM software, WhatsApp Business, and Google Sheets.
