Your primary responsibilities will include Sales & Client Management, where you will be tasked with converting B2C leads generated through Facebook ad campaigns and providing excellent client servicing for individuals inquiring about our decor services. Additionally, as part of Business Development, you will play a key role in identifying and nurturing strategic partnerships with event planners, wedding planners, luxury clubs, and hotels. This will involve negotiating partnerships and collaborating on joint marketing initiatives to drive business growth. Stakeholder Relations will be another crucial aspect of your role, requiring you to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry. To excel in this position, you should possess a solid understanding of the events industry, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for sales. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and a salary structure comprising both fixed and variable components. In addition to the experience, we are looking for candidates with excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to establish and nurture client relationships effectively. Previous experience in identifying, negotiating, and executing successful partnerships will be advantageous. A proactive, results-oriented approach with a strong work ethic is essential to succeed in this role.
