Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Sales and Operations professional in the travel industry. The responsibilities include managing and coordinating travel packages, handling client inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service, planning personalized holidays, and ensuring smooth execution of travel itineraries. The role also involves managing sales processes, conducting training sessions, and overseeing sales strategies to achieve targets while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to develop and implement successful strategies.
• Capability in Training and mentoring team members for skill enhancement and consistent performance.
• Proficiency in travel and holiday planning, with knowledge of international destinations and travel trends.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple client needs and itineraries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, Business Administration, or a related field is highly advantageous.
