Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Additional certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Training & Development will be an advantage.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably with training exposure.
• Experience in delivering training sessions, workshops, or capacity-building programs.
• Understanding of sales processes, marketing strategies, and workplace trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging training sessions for college students on Sales & Marketing concepts.
• Deliver structured training modules suited to different student levels.
• Provide career guidance, mentoring, and workplace readiness training.
• Support placement activities including interview preparation and resume building.
• Maintain training documentation: attendance records, registration sheets, photographs, LMS uploads.
• Coordinate with the project/training team for smooth implementation.
• Travel across colleges/institutions for training delivery.

Key Skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to connect with students and create interactive learning experiences.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with LMS platforms.
• Willingness to travel extensively as per training schedules.
• Laptop and bike with valid license are mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
