DK Realty and Interiors is looking for dynamic, motivated, and confident individuals for a Sales and Marketing Internship with a primary focus on cold-calling and lead generation. This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in learning the ropes of luxury real estate sales through hands-on experience.

Duration: 2 to 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to potential leads from provided databases

• Present project highlights persuasively and handle basic objections

• Schedule and coordinate client visits and meetings

• Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and follow-ups

• Assist in execution of marketing campaigns and local promotions

• Support the sales team in closing deals and lead nurturing

Stipend Structure:

Option 1: ₹5,000 per month + 10% of revenue generated through your leads

Option 2: 25% of revenue generated through your leads (no fixed stipend)

The final structure will be decided mutually during the interview.

Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi

• Strong persuasion and follow-up skills

• Confident with cold-calling and lead engagement

• Basic knowledge of real estate or interiors is a plus (not mandatory)

• Willingness to work from the office in Noida
