Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify relevant project opportunities on Upwork and Freelancer. Craft compelling and customized proposals that highlight our capabilities and value proposition. Engage in effective communication with prospective clients to understand their needs and articulate our solutions. Negotiate terms and close deals, contributing directly to business growth. Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and platform best practices. Qualifications: 1-3 years of dedicated experience as an Online Bidder on Upwork and Freelancer. Demonstrated track record of winning projects and achieving bidding success. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple bids simultaneously. Timing flexibility is available as long as daily hours and sales targets are met.
