Sales And Marketing Specialist- Hospital (Orthopedics, Spine, Skin and Hair care)

As a Sales & Marketing Specialist at Skinette clinic and Narayan Hospital, you will be responsible for managing field marketing activities for two clinics specializing in Orthopedics & Spine, as well as Skin & Hair treatments located in Faridabad and Gurgaon. Your key responsibilities will include building and maintaining referral tie-ups with doctors, organizing health talks, awareness programs, and camps in various locations, visiting salons and potential patient source points for promoting clinic services, actively engaging in outdoor marketing efforts, and coordinating with indoor staff to share leads and updates. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 2 years of field work experience in sales/marketing within the healthcare, pharma, diagnostics, FMCG, or related industries. Additionally, you should possess a relevant educational background such as an MBA, B.Pharm, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc in Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Microbiology/Nursing, BPT in Physiotherapy, PG Diploma in Marketing/Sales, or any graduate with healthcare sales/marketing experience. Fluency in both English and Hindi, as well as the ability to work independently and conduct outdoor field work in varying weather conditions and diverse localities, are essential skills for this role.
