Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist with a focus on foundry chemicals and sand. Located in Tiruvallur, this role allows some work from home flexibility. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing customer accounts, providing exceptional customer service, conducting training sessions for sales teams, and overseeing sales management activities. Daily tasks include generating new business opportunities, negotiating with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and ability to generate leads
• Experience in Training sales teams and conducting effective sales sessions
• Sales Management experience and capability to achieve sales targets
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
• Knowledge of foundry chemicals and sand is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
