Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and conducting training sessions for the sales team. The role also includes overseeing sales management tasks and driving overall sales performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Travel locally for lead generation and client visits
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct Training sessions for new and existing sales staff
• Excellent organizational and management skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the HORECA industry is a plus
