Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Surat. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, providing customer service, and conducting sales training sessions. They will also be involved in sales management and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to provide effective Sales Training
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the plastic packaging industry is a plus
