Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in West Delhi. The specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, training sales teams, and overseeing sales operations. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, managing client communications, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in Training and developing sales teams
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the mining and metals industry is a plus
