Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in West Delhi. The specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, training sales teams, and overseeing sales operations. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, managing client communications, and providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management Experience in Training and developing sales teams Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the mining and metals industry is a plus
