Sales and Marketing Representative

Position: Sales & Marketing Advisor
Location: Kerala
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month + TA + Incentives based on project

Armalite Energy Solutions is a fast-growing solar company dedicated to delivering efficient and sustainable solar energy solutions across Kerala. We're looking for a driven and experienced Sales and Marketing Advisor to help grow our customer base and promote renewable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and generate new leads through field visits and referrals
• Present and promote solar products and solutions to customers
• Conduct site assessments and coordinate with the technical team
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
• Plan and execute marketing activities in coordination with the digital team
• Travel across various districts in Kerala as required
• Provide regular sales reports and market insights to the management

Requirements:

• Male candidates preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in solar sales or marketing
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Willingness to travel across Kerala
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Basic technical understanding of solar energy solutions is a plus

Salary & Benefits:
