Full Time
Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and export markets for precision components. Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and key decision-makers. Handle the complete sales cyclefrom inquiry to order finalization, including price negotiation and contract closure. Understand technical drawings and customer specifications to propose suitable solutions. Coordinate with internal design, production, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction. Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote the companys offerings. Prepare and implement marketing strategies, including digital marketing initiatives to generate leads. Track sales targets, prepare regular sales forecasts, and present reports to senior management.
Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
3 to 10 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing of precision machined components or engineering products. Strong understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience with B2B sales, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms. Willing to travel as required.
