1. To Assist the Resort Manager in the efficient running of the resort in terms of Operations and Business Development with a view to manage the entire working capital requirement of the resort from local accruals.
2. To assist in Overseeing of all Correspondence, Reporting Systems pertaining to Resort Operations with HO, Coordination and Control of Operating Departments of the Resort in terms of Purchase, Accounting, Stores, Front Office, Food & Beverage Service & Production, Marketing, Action Zone & Maintenance.
3. To Officiate as the Resort Manager in his absence and represent him at all Official Meetings and to carry out all his duties to the best of ones ability and efficiency.
1. To identify Market Needs & Segments within the Region and Vicinity of the resort.
2. To Monitor and Analyse the Activities, Changes and Trends of the Market and also of all Competitor Resorts through Regular Market Visits and Interaction with the Competition.
3. To Develop and Build GSA and Agent Network within the appointed Region of work.
4. To Develop an Annual Business Plan in Coordination with the Corporate Manager, Resort Manager and have the same approved by the Managing Director.
5. To Organise and Attend Promotional Functions.
6. To Assist and Entertain at Resorts, Fam Tours Organised by HO, Commercially Important Guests and Government Officials. In the event of Organising a Fam Tour of Select Travel Agents or Resort Inspection Visits by Corporate Houses, prior approval of the HO be taken.
7. To prepare Daily Sales Call Reports and submit to the Resort Manager.
8. To prepare a Weekly Synopsis of the Daily Reports to be dispatched to HO in consultation with the Resort Manager.
