Role Description This is a full-time on-site role and off-site for a Sales Marketing Manager at Maple Ash Resort. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with driving sales, generating leads, and developing marketing strategies in line with the company's objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing campaigns, tracking results, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure campaigns are successfully reaching target audiences. The Sales Marketing Manager will also be responsible for building and managing the resort's brand and image. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record in Marketing and Sales Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns Experience in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and analytics Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Creative thinking and ability to develop new innovative ideas Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: total work: 4 years (Required) Sales: 4 years (Required) Campaign Management: 3 years (Preferred) Management: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
