We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing and Sales Manager to lead the promotion and sales of our industrial automation products, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, sensors, VFDs, control panels, and related components. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, expanding the customer base, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Sales: Identify new business opportunities in industrial automation across manufacturing, OEMs, and system integrators. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, channel partners, and distributors. Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions. Respond to RFQs, prepare quotations, and lead negotiations through to order closure. Track competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly. Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and product demand. Plan and manage participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. Create and manage digital marketing campaigns including LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram. Collaborate with technical and product teams for marketing collateral like brochures, case studies, and videos. Monitor marketing analytics and report performance metrics. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related field) or MBA in Marketing/Sales. Minimum 57 years of experience in industrial automation sales/marketing. Strong knowledge of automation products (PLCs, VFDs, SCADA, HMIs, sensors, etc.) Proven track record in B2B sales and developing key accounts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Willingness to travel as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working with automation brands like Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider Electric, Mitsubishi, Omron, Delta, Panasonic etc. Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO, email marketing platforms).
