Flymedia technology is seeking a dynamic and result driven sales and marketing manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing with a professional attitude and excellent communication skills. Candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to drive sales, build brand awareness and achieve business targets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels (cold calling, emails, networking, etc.)
• Promote digital marketing services including SEO, website development, social media etc.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and drive business growth.
• Maintain strong client relationships and follow up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct presentations and pitches to explain services effectively.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align campaigns with client expectations.
• Prepare reports on sales performance and market feedback.
• Plan and manage marketing campaign online and offline both.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing power and ability to close deals effectively.
• Professional attitude and well-groomed personality.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
• Candidate must available and willing to visit our client location at daily basis.
