Sales and Marketing Intern

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and building strong customer relationships. This role requires a strong understanding of the market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.

Sales Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other prospecting methods.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with the product and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to support business objectives.
• Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and content.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Mailchimp) is a plus.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
