Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Sales and Marketing Intern located in Pune. As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you will engage in daily activities such as assisting with sales outreach, supporting customer service initiatives, managing client relationships, and contributing to creating and delivering sales presentations. You will also collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies, support marketing campaigns, and provide training resources to clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and articulate ideas clearly.
• Sales and Sales Management knowledge to support outreach, lead generation, and maintaining client relationships.
• Ability to contribute to Training activities and develop resources for clients and internal teams.
• Problem-solving mindset, organizational skills, and eagerness to learn and work in a dynamic team environment.
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools and marketing software are beneficial.
