Role Overview

Sales & Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential customers via calls, emails, and networking.
• Present and pitch A-THONs products to prospects in a clear, professional manner.
• Assist in negotiating and closing sales deals under the guidance of the sales team.
• Support marketing campaigns to generate and qualify leads.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and deal status in CRM/trackers.
• Conduct follow-ups with prospects and build long-term relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional events, social media, and brand visibility.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills (phone & in-person).
• Confidence to speak with potential customers and handle objections.
• Strong interest in sales and business development.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Prior sales/marketing exposure (internship, projects, college fests) is a plus.
