Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive
Location: Faridabad Sec. 37
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Sales / Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for generating sales leads, building relationships with clients, promoting company products/services, and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline).
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions, events, and social media activities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
Track sales performance and report to management.
Collect customer feedback and market insights to improve strategies.
Assist in branding, advertising, and promotional activities.
Maintain CRM data and ensure accurate documentation of all sales activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
13 years of experience in sales or marketing (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of marketing concepts and digital marketing tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
