Job Description

Product Sales and Marketing Executive for the product sales.

Location: Noida

Job Description:-

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, target, and develop new customers in industrial automation, OEMs, control panel manufacturers, and system integrators.
  • Promote and sell Ethernet switches, DIN rail power supplies, and relay control modules.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Execute product marketing strategies including digital marketing, exhibitions, email campaigns, and product webinars.
  • Generate leads through industrial directories, LinkedIn, trade portals, and cold calling.
  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials, datasheets, and product catalogs.

Technical Consultation & Product Support

  • Provide pre-sales technical consultation to help clients choose suitable product models.
  • Collaborate with the technical team for demos, trials, or customization requests.
  • Train channel partners and customers on product features and usage.

Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong client relationships and regularly follow up for repeat business and feedback.
  • Build and manage distribution channels or dealer networks if applicable.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain CRM/database for tracking leads, visits, quotes, and sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for order fulfillment and invoicing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in industrial product sales, especially in automation components or networking hardware.
  • Strong understanding of industrial networking, power electronics, or control systems is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel locally or regionally for client visits and trade shows.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience selling Ethernet switches, SMPS, PLC I/O modules, or relay boards.
  • Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, TCP/IP, etc.).
  • Existing customer base in manufacturing, automation, or panel building industries.
