Position: Sales & Marketing Executive Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Milky Haven's range of dairy and organic food products to retailers, distributors, and direct customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.
• Conduct field visits and product demonstrations in the local market.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Execute in-store branding and local marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with distributors and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and market trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 0 to 1 years of experience in Sales / Marketing (FMCG or Dairy preferred).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of local retail markets in and around Pondicherry.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work in the field.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / WhatsApp Business.
• Two-wheeler with valid license is mandatory.
