Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and implementing marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate leads. This role requires a balance of strong communication skills, customer relationship management, and creative marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Execution:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations with potential customers.
• Follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and close deals effectively.
• Track and report sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts regularly.

Marketing Execution:

• Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns (digital, offline, events).
• Manage social media accounts and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Support content creation for marketing materials such as brochures, emails, and blogs.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
• Coordinate with design and content teams for promotional activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in sales and/or marketing (industry-specific experience preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and MS Office.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
