Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive who will drive brand awareness, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our founders, take part in strategic marketing initiatives, and contribute to sales growth in a fast-growing industry. Youโ€™ll have the chance to engage with both B2B and B2C clients, spreading awareness about companies' products across the public and private sectors. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation and Client Outreach : โ— Identify potential clients through creative strategies and platforms like LinkedIn and industry events. โ— Cold-call potential leads from our database of 3000+ contacts to schedule meetings. โ— Develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with prospective clients to foster long-term business relationships. Sales Strategy Execution : โ— Drive sales efforts by presenting products to clients and tailoring solutions to their needs. โ— Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets. โ— Accompany the team on key client meetings and help close important deals. Marketing Campaigns and Brand Awareness: โ— Collaborate with the marketing team to execute creative campaigns that increase visibility and brand awareness. โ— Contribute to social media strategies to reach new audiences, specifically in construction and infrastructure sectors. โ— Support marketing activities, such as product promotions, email campaigns, and event participation. Customer Relationship Management : โ— Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. โ— Regularly follow up with leads and existing customers to identify upselling opportunities. Market Research and Reporting : โ— Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and track industry trends. What You'll Be helping us with : โ— Hitting Sales Targets : Youโ€™ll have your eyes on the prize โ€“ hitting and exceeding your sales targets by building connections with new and existing clients/customers. โ— Building Relationships : Youโ€™ll spend time out in the field, meeting customers face-to-face, understanding their needs, and offering the best solutions. โ— Finding New Business: We want you to hunt for fresh opportunities in your area, turning potential leads into loyal customers. โ— Closing Deals: From presenting products to negotiating deals, youโ€™ll guide customers through the buying process and seal the deal. โ— Keeping Track: Youโ€™ll keep us updated on your progress with regular reports on sales, feedback, and market trends. Submit regular sales reports, including forecasts, client updates, and feedback. Identify opportunities for product enhancements based on customer feedback. โ— Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other sales executives and teams to achieve collective goals. Participate in training programs and sales meetings to enhance performance. โ— Product Knowledge & Training: Stay updated on product offerings, pricing, and industry trends. Brownie Points If You Have : โ— A background in customer-facing roles. โ— A good knowledge of your local area. โ— Can speak multiple languages. โ— Experience in the construction or infrastructure sector is a plus.
