Sales and Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our field sales team. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities, providing excellent customer service, developing and executing sales strategies, conducting training sessions, and overseeing sales management functions.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Identify and engage in new business opportunities through various Meetings .
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.
• Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Assist in generating leads and setting up meetings with prospective clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
• Strong interpersonal skills with a willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business operations is a plus.
