Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient professional to drive sales and marketing

efforts for our dairy machinery portfolio. The ideal candidate will combine industry knowledge

with strong communication skills to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and

promote innovative equipment solutions to dairy producers and processors.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the dairy sector.

Promote and sell dairy machinery such as pasteurizers, homogenizers, separators,

and packaging systems.

Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations for clients.

Prepare and negotiate pricing proposals, quotations, and contracts.

Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.

Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

Maintain CRM records and generate regular sales reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Dairy Technology, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in dairy or food processing

equipment.

Strong understanding of dairy plant operations and machinery.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and site assessments.

Preferred Attributes:

Familiarity with automation and control systems in dairy processing.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and machinery specifications.

Experience in after-sales support and customer relationship management.
